Thomasville restaurant owners excited about Sunday alcohol sales

Starting this weekend folks in Thomasville can now buy alcohol on Sunday.  Two ballot initiatives regarding Sunday sales were approved Tuesday night.   Thomasville officials said Sunday package sales were voted in with at 731 to 293 vote margin.  Sales by the drink were also passed 746 to 274.
