Taxi scam in tivat

We got today in one of these fake taxis that are on the left hand side in front of the airport! They have fake taxi meters, fake papers and so on. The driver was taking an alternative longer way, so his manipulated taxi meter was showing 80 Euros!!!!! At the end of the trip from tivat airport to kotor! Our luggage was locked in the trunk. Hello For 10 days in end august 2018 ,searching for lovely and beautiful villages,charming atmosphere,good nightlife(not clubs ) but places with a good range of lively tavernas and bars along the waterfront ,where you can find yourself just watching the world go by for a couple of hours!
