Edgar Fleisher Gross , an entertainment lawyer, whose clients included Richard Gere, Gene Hackman, and Angelica Huston among others, film producer, and father of EuropaCorp TV President Matthew Gross, died Sunday. He was 85. Gross was born in Philadelphia, PA and moved to California with his family at the age of 16, settling in Beverly Hills.

The Oscar winner spoke Friday evening to a packed auditorium crowd during a 45th anniversary screening of the film at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Samuel Goldwyn Theater.
