Since fall 2016, many of the buildings projects in the Glens Falls Region have centered around Exit 18, such as the Holiday Inn and Suites near McDonald's and the trampoline park. However, Exit 19 may see some big changes in the future as well.

A hospital spokesperson says they were notified of the alleged physical abuse back in January, which led to an investigation of one of their nurses. According to a report by the Post Star, 39-year-old Stephanie Maybury-Caruso was arrested earlier this week for allegedly choking a 78-year old patient.

The plan for Glens Falls Downton Revitalization Initiative state grant will be presented at a town hall-style public forum on Feb 23, 2017 at 6:30 pm at Heritage Hall at the Glens Falls Civic Center. The committee will then submit the plans to the state on February 28. The $10 million DRI grant is intended to further develop the Arts, Wellness, and Entertainment district in the walkable areas of downtown, especially along South and Elm Streets.

A central New York man has been found guilty of killing a man during a robbery at the victim's upstate home last summer. A Warren County jury deliberated less than three hours Thursday before convicting 46-year-old Robert Henry, of Ilion, of murder, robbery and other charges in the slaying of 58-year-old Kevin Jenks.

Saratoga County teens accused of road rage assault

Two 17-year-olds are accused of attacking a 65-year-old man in a road rage incident that started in the village of South Glens Falls, Saratoga County sheriff's investigators said. Michael R. Kennedy Jr. of Sisson Road, South Glens Falls and Christopher M. Bristol of Gansevoort were each charged Monday with second-degree assault after the Jan. 23 incident, investigators Jeffrey Bouyea and Christopher Lorey said.
