And just like Adsense it is greeted with skepticism and outright bad press from those who base doing business on their personal preferances. People differ so much, take a look at what I have been dealing with this past couple of weeks: A customer asked his/her bank for a charge-back to one of my products. My server logs show that the bustard did successfully download it. If he/she had any problem with the product they did not contact me for support or a normal refund (which I would have given without hesitation) before running to their bank and disputing the charge.
