If you go to any health store you will find HUGE number of different pills, powders and liquids which promise you to cure your heartburn in 3 to 20 days. There is no proof that this drug helped anyone other than sellers claim.

I won't write you a long list of what you shouldn't eat. Everyone has something specific that triggers heartburn. But I think there are generic guidelines which you can follow.
