For real I do it myself. I would never have written this material if I didn't have the personal experience of starting with a bit of more water than I would normally take. I had heard about the Book, The Body's Many Cries For Water. I was traveling on business and found a place to buy it. That night I stayed in a motel in the Washington, D.C. area -- and my body ached!
