'Big Bang Theory' scores; NFL Draft lifts ESPN

There was one blockbuster on the first night of the May ratings period: “The Big Bang Theory.”

The CBS sitcom drew 12.5 million viewers Thursday, according to Nielsen ratings released Friday afternoon.

But the NFL Draft played well across ESPN (6.9 million viewers) and NFL Network (2.5 million).
