Thu, 15 Mar 2012 18:40:36 +0000This documentary blew my mind, broke my heart and left me in awe of the resilience of the human spirit.
Mon, 24 Oct 2011 17:53:15 +0000Hey Darren. Thanks so much for taking the time to comment. I'm glad you somehow stumbled onto my stuff. I haven't put out an Unkempt in quite a while but there are a bunch here that I hope you enjoy. Pick up that ticket, brotha;) Tim
Fri, 21 Oct 2011 16:30:34 +0000Thanks for putting it all into perspective, Tim! You're right, we're all gamblers if we're in the film industry (an actor, myself). If the equivalent of picking up a ticket to see if it's a winner were in front of me as an actor - I'd pick it up. Could that be the occasional short film? Student project? That next audition that I just don't feel I have the energy for but know I need to step up and attempt to conquer? What will be that ticket in the parking lot for me? Great work here, Tim. This was my first podcast of yours to listen to... it will NOT be my last.
Tue, 04 Oct 2011 18:57:19 +0000Hi Yolanda. Wow. I did this show ages ago. Glad you enjoyed it. Of course. Share it all you like. Tim
Mon, 03 Oct 2011 22:24:59 +0000This is excellent, Tim. It amazes me how many people have stories about dogs. That and sci-fi/supernatural/fantasy/alien... Whoever is listening to these pitches is amazing. He's so positive and encouraging with everyone. I recently attended the Creative Screenwriting Expo in LA with some success so it's interesting to hear other people's pitches. Mind if I share this with my bloggers? Yolanda
Thu, 26 May 2011 15:58:56 +0000Yo Anthony. Thanks so much. Just about to wrap about book #2. Almost there. Tim

Wed, 27 Apr 2011 18:28:20 +0000Thrilling. Love the quality of your dad's voice and the band rocked. It's never too late to fulfill your promise. Chris is great. I hope your father has an opportunity to keep singing. Thanks for posting.
Tue, 26 Apr 2011 20:35:46 +0000;) yeah. old-school sax solo! this was not typical of what they do: http://www.voices3lasvegas.com/ they basically built a short segment around my father being a part of the show. pretty cool night.
Tue, 26 Apr 2011 20:06:03 +0000Fabulous music. Nobody plays sax anymore. Totally loved both songs. Was that song typical of Chris' band, or was that special for the performance with Dad?
Mon, 25 Apr 2011 21:28:35 +0000Hi Anthony. Yes. It's pretty scary to get up there and expose yourself like that. My father has performed many times in his life but he was quite nervous. I totally understand your mother's hesitation. Thanks for listening, brotha. Tim
Sat, 23 Apr 2011 09:41:54 +0000Hey Tim! That was a great treat for the ears! My mother is a great singer. She never had the guts to get up on stage? I think that talent is in your genes. It's clearly,in your family tree! Listening to the program,I was amazed, and surprised! Thank you!
Fri, 22 Apr 2011 20:20:43 +0000thanks guys. yeah. Ricky Coyne can still get it done. and Dan, that's Rock-n-Roll my Dad was singing - Jerry Lee Lewis. yeah baby! Tim

Fri, 22 Apr 2011 17:19:03 +0000You know what, Tim, I hate country music. But, I think I'm a fan of Ricky Coyne. When's he gonna start releasing new songs? Maybe a country cover of "Guttenbitch?" BRING IT, Coynes!
Thu, 21 Apr 2011 01:53:14 +0000excellent show - like a little gift to your fans! Rare to hear bothers & father in same episode. Totally impressed with your dad's song - he nailed it!
Wed, 23 Feb 2011 05:34:48 +0000Great interview! Great Story! I think some activists can go to far! When it rises to the extreme! I hope expanding forward,we can make this world, a greener place. Without going to extremes! At that time, especially after 911 there was a round up, of what some consider, terrorist? I can't speak to the McGowan case? I'm looking forward to seeing this film! Thank you!
Thu, 17 Feb 2011 21:47:03 +0000Thanks Anthony. Yes. Me too. I'm really looking forward to seeing Jonathan's upcoming projects. Tim
Tue, 15 Feb 2011 23:25:18 +0000Good interview! I'm looking forward to Jonathan's up coming projects. It must be a thrill, to meet all that promising talent? Up close and personal? Great conversations from the Sundance Film Festival! I'm listening and learning! Thanks!
Mon, 14 Feb 2011 22:48:44 +0000Hey 34. Thank you so much. I hear you. I can't even afford to buy my own book;) Can't wait to get a copy into your hands though. Tim
Sun, 13 Feb 2011 22:49:35 +0000Hey Tim, "what happened to your philosophical shift, going backwards in technology"...I love how you pay attention to what your interviewees are saying and keep that in mind. Talking to people - that s your true talent that you could and should make a B I G career of. I would gladly swap some of my (let me use one of your favorite words) technology retardation for what Janean was looking for when she went out of LA. My graphic design is all about non-technology what can be very expensive and non profitable for era we are living in. Congratulations on Books to both of you, when I ll get some cash I am going to order them, but there s some enigma for us to solve first, if I order them, I am going have to tell the real and lose my Number name and I don t want that. Give me an idea, sincerely 34
Sat, 12 Feb 2011 20:20:54 +0000Yo Anthony. Thanks so much brotha! So glad it arrived safely and that you like it. Tim

Tue, 04 Jan 2011 05:01:34 +0000Cheers Tim! I've been following your podcast for 4 years. You have shared and grown so much. Here's the book, a tangible piece of your podcasting legacy. I'm a big fan/friend of your work! As a fan/friend, I see you as Rocky,in the boxing ring! Cheering and rooting for you because, you are a good person. And some way we feel, we know you? Although different, we all share the same experiences. i know you'll have stories, to share about this experience, the yin, and the yang? Good work! You are a fighter, because you never give up! Peace out! Thank you!
Sat, 11 Dec 2010 23:42:35 +0000Yeah. Dan literally had that moment. After an hour and a half of driving around and visiting the Police Station, it hit him out of nowhere. Very funny!
Thu, 09 Dec 2010 19:31:37 +0000Hehhehh!!! This is pretty funny... similar thing 'almost happened' to me numerous times.. then at the very last moment you get the 'oh wait, what.. ahh. dummy' impulse. Maybe next time. :)
Thu, 09 Dec 2010 16:02:07 +0000Great work Tim! People helping people,is what it's all about! Coming together to get the job done! Life can feel like a strange dream sometimes? That's why we need a sense of humor about life. I thank you for your help and support! I really appreciate it! Thanks again! Stay strong!
Mon, 06 Dec 2010 19:53:39 +0000Anthony - Thank you so much for the continued support. Pete - Great to hear from you. What are you referring to? Another "one"? Hmmm.

Wed, 17 Nov 2010 20:06:46 +0000Well, apparently I need to see "Enter the Void." Thanks Anthony!

Wed, 03 Nov 2010 20:31:12 +0000Thanks Dad. Much appreciated. Tim
Tue, 02 Nov 2010 22:49:23 +0000Yes Tim, I didn't mean to equate that to a panic attack as such. The latter may be beyond my understanding and I'm sure it is but I wanted to do my best to give my closest shot at understanding it. Only your story can make one have a feeling for what you feel after the onset of the fact that its on its way and stopping the panic is truly scary. My heart goes out to you in those unavoidable moments that will soon follow. My love goes to you and I wish you well every day of your life. DAD
Wed, 27 Oct 2010 04:26:07 +0000It's time! It's time! It's time for a new Unkempt.
Fri, 22 Oct 2010 18:57:44 +0000Thanks for listening, Dad. Yes. You've told me that story about being locked in the closet. Not fun. By the way, you'd know if it was a panic attack. Trust me. Tim
Mon, 18 Oct 2010 16:20:49 +0000Tim, I listened to your latest, "TATTOO". Very poignant and also very courageous of you to embark on such a one hour journey into privacies in your life. I spend so much time on the computer doing my Broker Price Opinions, with a continuing back discomfort of varying degrees, that I dont get to visit your website as much as I should or would like to. I couldn't help but recall frightening claustrophobic episode when I worked for Boston comedy impresario Dick Doherty....setting up seats for a basement comedy performance in Quincy that I had booked for his company. The small windowless closet that contained stacks of chairs had a faulty door handle from the inside....door closed, I could not open...bartender setting up at end of room was not aware due to earshot... became hardly helpful till he finally understood my panic, then told me He didn't think a key existed. After one hour of terror and pleas to get me out someone came and rescued me. A horrifying experience for me. Perhaps a panic attack, I don't know, after my last colonoscopy, a rather calm and sedated experience I thought, my heart began hitting high abnormal peaks on the connected cardiograph with some minor chest heaviness also. Not a heart attack but scared the shit out of me. Fears that I lived with and dealt with when young exacerbated as I got older. I never thought of them as panic attacks. Maybe they were, maybe they weren't. I'll never know. Thanks for pouring out your soul in TATTOO. Love DAD
Wed, 13 Oct 2010 19:37:46 +0000Hi Andrew. Glad you went back to listen to this interview. I really like Kip. And I'm sure he'll appreciate the height edit;) Tim
Tue, 12 Oct 2010 08:45:32 +0000I only just got round to listening to this. Tim, as usual, you did a great job throughout explaining small details for listeners outside the industry. I went on the IMDB website afterwards and updated Kip's height from 6'2" to 6'4".
