Comment on Is Sarah Palin like ‘Rosie the Riveter?’ by Chirpa

I know this post is VERY old, but I wanted to comment on the ridiculousness of the idiot Lorenzo Mota's email to the Rosie the Riveter trust, namely that he is an ignorant moron...the "we can do it" poster is NOT Rosie the riverter...it is a workplace motivational poster used by Westinghouse for a couple of weeks a year AFTER the iconic Rosie the Riveter image first appeared on the cover of the Saturday evening post, drawn by the inimitable Norman Rockwell...

The numbering of the presidents was controversial. In 1945, when FDR died, the New York Times described Harry Truman as becoming the 32nd President, when today, most people regard him as the 33rd. I recall reading that the State Department resolved the matter by an official ruling, which declared that Grover Cleveland was the 22nd and 24th President, and the subsequent presidents were to be numbered accordingly.
