This is an interesting and informative post. We work in the executive coaching industry and have done pretty much since its inception in the UK. I would like to add a few extra points to this list: 1) when seeking a coach, some form of reccomendation is the best way to go. Services such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF) offer a coach refferal service. All coaches on this list are fully qualified and accredited by the ICF, which makes them fully legit. 2) Coaching over the past few years has become inundated by "get rich quick types". These people have got wind that there is money in coaching, and as such they have jumpted on the band wagon. Therefore, ensure that you check that any coach you use has the full set of qualifications. Coaching can be an immensely rewarding experience, but finding the right coach is key. Following the advice on this page will help you achieve this aim. If you have any further questions about coaching, or would like any no obligations advice, feel free to get in touch. best of luck in your quest for self improvement
