With all C.E. King and Kingwood high schools endured after Hurricane Harvey, their football game against each other had "a deeper meaning to it."The Kingwood Mustangs score against the C.E. King students are bused to an elementary school on the other side of the school district for classes. The football team then heads back to the school's stadium for an afternoon practice stretching deep into the evening.Derek Fitzhenry, in his first season as C.E. King's head coach, with a player in the locker room after the game against Kingwood. C.E. King's auditorium was badly damaged in Hurricane Harvey.
