A further outage was confirmed at 08:24 this morning. Services all recovered at 08:31. We will now be performing emergency maintenance on the affected Access Router (ar4.th-lon) between 10:00 and 11:00 today. All customers connecting through this access router can expect downtime of approximately 30 minutes whilst the work is taking place on their leased line services. Customers with a working fail over circuit will experience a brief outage whilst their connection switches over to their backup. Zen regret any inconvenience this may cause.
