The Astros placed outfielder Jake Marisnick on the seven-day disabled list prior to Tuesday's game against the Indians due to a mild concussion he sustained while running into the outfield wall to make a catch against the Rays on Sunday in St. Petersburg. Outfielder Teoscar Hernandez was recalled from Triple-A Fresno to replace Marisnick, who is eligible to be activated on May 1.
