4) GO FOR COMPOUND EXERCISES! This means that you execute an exercise that works a bunch of muscle areas at one time. So don’t just there performing bicep curls and triceps for ten minutes. Instead, perform a row exercise (works your back and biceps) then go for a pressing exercise (works your chest and triceps).

5) PICK A DIET PLAN THAT WORKS FOR YOU! There are multiple different diet plans out there. It's crucial to find one that you can stick with! This is not something to be taken lightly! A diet does not do you any good if you can’t stick with it!
