Due to the regrettable cancellation of Cardiff Mardi Gras, it was felt that holding a Pride in Swansea would be beneficial to both Swansea and its surrounding communities. There have been talks ongoing since before Christmas, it is now confirmed that Swansea will have it's very own Pride on the 6th September 2008.
