I had the same experiences with the Bjorn & Ergo as you Tanya. The waist belt on the Ergo makes a huge difference!

The Bust Buddies look interesting, anyone ever tried them?

I like the idea of the Kushies nursing pad case, but admit that it would probably end up being "just one more thing to carry" for me.

Karen,

We used both the Bjorn and the Ergo, and liked them each for different ages and weights. The Bjorn worked best while our son was small, but as he got bigger it helped to have the waist belt that comes with the Ergo to support the weight (and keep it off the shoulders).

That sling is adorable! I've thought of using one, but I'm not sure how my daughter (now 10 months old) would react to the new situation. I will definitely be in the market for one with our next baby, though.

"I love the look of the Hotsling. Has anyone used it
successfullyl with a wiggly 14-month old toddler who
weighs less than 20 pounds? Any comments would be
appreciated."

Of course I think that sling should be a "must-have" accessory! Steph

Tell them to carry the Ergo or the Beco instead of the Bjorn. I have all three and the Ergo and Beco are much easier to get the baby in and out, better on the back and shoulders and easier to breastfeed in. I've breastfeed my son in them while climbing a mountain in the Egyptian desert.
