I don't think the are innocent. I think it is unlike it will go to trial because the victim most likely paid for the pastors services. They will claim it was consensual sex, perhaps even a form of prostitution. The DA will have a hard time proving otherwise.

Ok, the prosecution is ignorant (and intolerant - again we get to hear that non-christians are immoral), but the Judge did not, in fact, increase the bail.

The article doesn't say, but I presume the prosecution would not bring charges unless they had a victim.

But what gets me is that you decided they must be innocent because they didn't advertise that they're rapists on their website?
