Restoring Certificate Authority server fails with bad key problem

After you back up a CA private key and database, if restore task fails with bad key error (0x80090003), then you might need to import the root CA key when you install the CA server by checking  "Use custom settings to generate the key pair and CA certifcate", then "Use an existing key" which allows to browse...

Someone might blame me as naive on this issue. But now the security is way more complicated and the problem is the more it gets complicated the harder to tight all holes. Kind of paradox. I read that now bar type cell phone is getting popularity. Once people had jettisoned bar type in favor of folder type. Is it some kind of fashion item? You know fashion designers make money. They make skirt short and long alternately year after year. Maybe cell makes can do the same thing to accelerate...
