The disclosed system uses a method to determine positions of target-hit points using a laser array and angles, which can increase efficiency, reduce cost, and avoid interferences from other electromagnetic or ultrasonic sources, thus being suitable for shooting training and matches.

The automatic card shufflers are communicatively linked with a casino management system and/or security system such that casino personnel may be alerted in real time to the discovery of marked cards.

To receive the maximum trespassing fee a player must operate a still simultaneously on one of the two main properties, Mr. Big or JB's Place and on the other properties he owns, without getting caught. The last player left that owns Mr. Big or JB's Place and dominates the board, wins.

The accessory or protective sleeve would encapsulate the free end of a foosball rod and allows the foosball rod to freely move back and forth, yet provides for the sleeve to be fixed. Overall, a new type of bearing nut together with a polycarbonate tubing or sleeve enhance the safety of the foosball table during use. The accessory would enhance safety by preventing injuries by securing the rod within the sleeve so as the moving rod does not inadvertently hit a bystander. Safety is also enhanced since the rod is not protruding from the sleeve.

A method is disclosed for automatically scoring a game of darts. The method involves obtaining an image of a dartboard (2) using three cameras (10), detecting a visual disturbance in the image, and identifying a validly thrown dart if the visual disturbance includes a moving phase with a maximum temporal duration and successive images of the dartboard which exhibit differences. The visual disturbance should also include a stationary phase when the dart has been embedded in the dartboard (2). The method also includes calculating a score for the validly thrown dart based on its stationary position relative to the dartboard. A lighting system for a dartboard is also disclosed where a LED strip light (14) is provided around a circumference of the dartboard and three spotlights (8) are provided above the dartboard.
