The retainer assembly can employ a hex-head bolt that serves as a base element and a threaded retainer shaft that passes through a retainer passage in the strap and through hanger passages in the tags; a nut threadably engaging the bolt can then serve as a clamping element to secure the tags to the strap.

The present invention is directed to shading and shielding electronic devices mounted on a wall such as, but not limited to, cameras, transmitters, electronics and the accompanying power/data cabling from deteriorating ultraviolet, thermal radiation, and glare. The device also enhances video by keeping direct sunlight off the lens of video electronics while also extending the overall effective operating lifespan of the electronic device. In embodiments, the device has a parabolic shape to act as a directional wave amplifier to increase the range of communication electronics and transmitters. A clamp assembly for solar panels comprising a base and a clamp. The base has a baseplate and first and second spaced-apart struts connected to the baseplate to form a channel. Surfaces of the struts define slots adjacent to the channel. Beams are connected to the struts, and spacers are attached to the beams. Each spacer has an angled surface adjacent to the channel and a curved surface. The clamp includes a plate with fingers extending from the plate into the channel. The clamp further includes angled surfaces in contact with the spacer angled surfaces. Bolts extend through the plate so that most of the threaded portions are positioned between fingers. Corresponding nuts are positioned in the slots and inhibited from rotation during threading with the bolt by the slot surfaces. The clamp assembly is preferably made from a nonconductive material to inhibit arcing and the risk of electrical fire from incorrect or failed wiring.

Round bales of hay are often stored outside on the ground and exposed to the weather. The design of the bale is such that is does a reasonable job of minimizing water infusion into the bale due to rain or melting snow on the outer surface of the bale. The primary degradation mechanism for the hay bale is moisture at the interface between the bale and the ground. The present invention provides for a cost effective means of elevating the bale above the ground surface thereby eliminating moisture uptake and degradation of the bottom surface of the bale. Eliminating degradation due to ground contact offers a means of longer viable storage periods for round hay bales.
