Ingredients : - 6 half ripe mangoes, 10 garlic flakes, 1 cup light brown sugar, 1 cup cider vinegar, 1 inch ginger, 1 teaspoon dried red chilly powder and salt to taste.



Chutney Recipe: Meethi aam ki chutney
HOW TO PREPARE : - Wash the mangoes, peel them and then cut it into thin slices. Peel the garlic flakes, ginger and cut them into thin slices too. Now take a thick bottomed pan and put in all the ingredients. Don't add any water but stir well. Simmer and cook for 40 minutes. Keep stirring at regular intervals so that the ingredients don't stick to the bottom. Turn of the flame and set it aside. Once it's cool serve. This dish goes well with curd rice.
