Vegiterian Recipe:Brinjal fry
HOW TO PREPARE : -Take a bowl of water and add
2 teaspoons of salt and stir well and keep it aside. Next cut the brinjal
into thin circles. Put it in the saline solution. Brinjals tend to have
worms and this solution will get all the worms out. Then drain all the water.
Add the turmeric, red chilly powder and salt. Mix it well and let it marinate
for a while. Just before frying the brinjal add the cornflower and mix it
well. Take a frying pan pour some oil and then deep fry it until the crumbs
