Ingredients : - 250 grams raw bananas,1 teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoons red chilly powder, Oil to deep fry and salt to taste.



Vegiterian Recipe: Quick raw banana chips
HOW TO PREPARE : - Peel the raw bananas and them cut them into thin circles. Add the turmeric, red chilly powder and salt. Add a little bit of water mix well and steam boil it. After it is steam boiled remove it and let it cool. Then deep fry it and roll it in paper so that the extra oil is sucked away. serve it with rice and dal.
