The job market today is strong. I would say it still has some room for growth before it could be called red hot, but there are plenty of interesting career opportunities out there. I don’t think the recession has had any lingering effect on hiring practices. Most companies realize the market is strong right now, so they understand they cannot take as much time to make a hiring decision as they may have taken in 2009. So, we have seen interview processes shorten up to a degree.
