Fri, 16 Sep 2016 19:31:44 +0000

For some reason we ended up ranking Bioware's best games in this podcast and it led to a lot of yelling. Mostly from Kenneth. But this week he, Eric, and Josh are joined by newcomer Mike Pearce as we talk PAX, Funimation's being generally terrible, and the PlayStation 4 Pro's middling debut. Enjoy the show! [powerpress]

Gaming Trend Podcast: An absolute disaster

Sat, 03 Sep 2016 01:06:30 +0000

It's a packed show this week that only gets more nonsensical as it goes on. Eric, Kenneth, Jay, Sarah, Blake, Travis, and the ghost of Matt Welsh all gather around to talk Inside, Final Fantasy movies, and the oxymoron that is vegan chicken. Also, PlayStation 4 Slim is out in the wild, PlayStation Now is coming to PC, and some eSports bullshit nobody cares about but Eric is happening. Enjoy the show! [powerpress]

This week on the GT Reboot Podcast, News Editor Joe DeClara makes his show debut, joining Eric, Kenneth, and Jay to talk about No Man's Sky and other garbage. Everyone on the show's been playing No Man's Sky this week, and while not everyone's enjoying it, there's a lot of discussion to be had surrounding it. On the news front, a new Sony handheld may be being prepped for reveal next month, Rime is back from the dead, and Raichu has been turned into a surfing psychic mouse in Pokemon Sun and Moon. Enjoy the show! [powerpress]

Gaming Trend Podcast: Being the Batman

Sun, 07 Aug 2016 17:01:45 +0000

It's a short show this week on the latest episode of the GT Reboot Podcast, with Eric, Kenneth, and Jay all coming together to scrap together a show in a slow week of news and games. Telltale is off to a pretty good start with its Batman adaptation, the internet is losing its mind over No Man's Sky and the game's not even out yet, and Deus Ex: Mankind Divided seems to be insensitive to modern tragedy. We round out the show by talking about our favorite and probably least favorite games of the year so far. Enjoy the show! [powerpress]

Gaming Trend Podcast: Dad is real

Wed, 03 Aug 2016 22:50:05 +0000

Minecraft: Story Mode doesn't suck, This is the Police is weird in the way it portrays real world issues, and I Am Setsuna has all the personality of a Ditto. At least, that's what is being said in this week's super late episode of the Gaming Trend Reboot Podcast. In other news, new Sonic games are coming, the NX might be a cartridge-based handheld/console hybrid, and Life is Strange is getting a live action series. It's the summer. We take what news we can get. Enjoy the show! [powerpress]

Gaming Trend Podcast: A hopeful update

Tue, 26 Jul 2016 01:06:22 +0000

We had some technical issues but Kenneth and Eric are here to salvage the majority of the latest episode of the GT Reboot Podcast. Eric has some sterilized non-review opinions on This is the Police, as well as some high praise for the latest update to Hitman. Kenneth's still not playing games, but is wishing there was a Netflix binge option for Danganronpa 3 as it enters its third week on the air. In the news, we're still getting tired of Telltale that's not Tales from the Borderlands, Rocket League will get cross-platform play as soon as Sony flips the switch, and we end up talking about the merits of Final Fantasy XIII somehow in there too. Enjoy the show! [powerpress]
