The Principal Solution Delivery Architect (SDA) is the overall technical engineering lead and architect accountable for transitioning newly contracted solutions from pre-sales to post-sales including reviewing the final validated business & functional requirements & overall integrated network/collaboration (i.e., including but not limited to WAN, LAN, Security, Voice, hosted cloud, collaboration, etc.) solution. This requires practical skills and experience with many applications and technologies, and a thorough knowledge of the AT&T product set. The SDA assesses a customer’s business and network challenges and maintains design integrity of the comprehensive solution. The Solution Delivery Architect will provide technical leadership and oversight during the deployment of complex, multi-service solutions by coordinating the technical resources engaged to support of the services and vendors required for successful solution deployment.
