Thanks, Ranger fan. I will root for Texas in the Series just do not tell my sister.

Only two more months til the Winter Meetings! I can't wait to see how Dombrowski adds some speed to the lineup (2b or 3b?) and some consistency to the middle of the bullpen. Does Santiago come back, or did he raise his price with a solid postseason? How much will get shaken up. We've got a pretty good team here, and with a few tweaks, it could be a great one. The wait for the 2012 baseball season will be agonizingly slow.

Last night's game was depressing, but I'll get over it pretty quickly I think. The Tigers had a good and entertaining season. They also have a promising future. It will be a long off-season, but at least it will be two weeks shorter than usual.

As a Ranger fan who very much respects the Tigers, Leyland, and especially Miguel Cabrera I'd like to congratulate you guys on a great season. Injuries are tough and unpredictable and your guys battled. I'd like to add that I don't think the Rangers were being Bush league by base stealing. You guys have come back from a 7 run lead more than once this year and it was in the 4th and 5th inning. I also don't think Alburquerque threw at Kinsler, but I sure did have flashbacks to Andrew Bynum close lining JJ Barea back in May. Good luck next year.
