By: robert redman Sat, 16 Jul 2011 16:46:10 +0000 I was stationed in Korea in 1966 when the SOFA was signed. I remember the GIs were scared, fearing reprisal for anything and everything. I also remember we had to attend classes and carry the card at all times.

Not to mention the noh gu rhees (tanuki, or raccoon dog). But off the post, I dont recall seeing these at all in recent times. Not trying to side anywhere....just saying.....

By: shazam Sat, 18 Oct 2008 05:42:16 +0000 You would think with all the access that south koreans have of the internet that they would be able to make more informed opinions and be able to think critically regarding their media. I am really struggling to understand how a whole group of people can base their opinion on misinformation, when they have access to other sources. Thank you for putting this websight out. I think this will help reveal the truth. A very wise man once said; "seek the truth and the truth will set you free." maybe this is a concept koreans need to be reminded of. Thanks again for all your articles.
