I think we've been reading each other's minds lately. First the chicken bones and now fried rice! Ok, so i didn't make fried rice, but tonight my sister called me to show her how to make fried rice!

You can use the ends of the broccoli too! Just that these stems might be wider than those of Gailan so can consider chopping them up to smaller bits and as an alternative to gailan stems! :D
