This looks so delicious. It's barely above zero here in Iowa....will drop well below zero tonight. This sounds like the ultimate comfort food on a cold winter night. (Especially pared with a nice crisp Sauvignon Blanc!) Thanks for sharing!

oh jacques is my favorite too, its like watching him cook - everything he touches looks delicious! like this dish! oh how can you go wrong with a fried egg on top. purrrrrrrrrrrrrr
