Love the recipe. Almost like mine but for the dressing part, I like to combine mustard with Miracle Whip. I also boil one egg for every potato that I cook.

Hi Amanda! Comfort food, yes. Summer comfort food. Hi Patricia, The paprika really adds a nice touch to it. I love paprika and all its varieties. It would be fun to experiment with the different types and see how it changes the flavor of the dish!
