Digitization has been explored to each and every possible section of our belongings. Fromm food manufacturing, cloth ,medicines and even the constructions all around every thing is being done more efficiently with the help of machines. In future a day will come when a single company will be controlled by handful people only just to control the machine operations.

I find this unsurprising and encouraging to see.  Empathy has been proven to correlate to profit... so if you hire staff who have a greater capacity for empathy they are going to show emapthy to colleagues and importantly to customers. Customers will then feel that the experience they have with the organisation is better and loyalty will become greater.

GPs need formal evidence to support their recommendations, the new system like the old is still too dependant on the employee giving a subjective view of what job the perform.  This lack of formal evidence leave the GP vulnerable to litigation which is why they tend to avoid completing the remarks section
