Growing up I was told Juniper berries were poisonous! I have some black salt, smells like rotten eggs, right? I used it once, in an Indian rice dish and it tastes much better than it smells - but go easy with it! I love your pull out shelves - and your kitchen - and how your dogs came running when you started to cook! I have some rice paper stationary...but I guess it's not edible....great video!

Glad to hear you got Asofoetida and black salt. As you have already hear, black salt is good for chaat. (I make a chaat potato salad that I have a recipe for at my place. http://feedingmaybelle.blogspot.com/2008/02/chaat-potato-salad-husband-style.html) But, my grandmother also put it in spicy lime-aid and masala tea. I have been known to add it to bloody marys.
