The leek tart looks good and I love Spice'n it ups breakfast pie too- I hope you can add it in as an edit. I just couldn't come up a with a good Maine pie or tart that I was in the mood to make. It's bad when the blog event inventor doesn't participate- oops! Next round... Thanks for hosting!
