Hey Shilpa,
I am a first time visitor to your site, and I must say , I am impressed.
I was hunting for reasons why my curd/cream always splits when I put it in the curry.Any suggestions???? You can mail me.

Thanks in advance!

Shilpa: Sindhu, if you add a tea spn of besan(gram flour) with the curd, it does not split.
