Itchy - i don't think it was abt the stickers so much as it was abt the game around it. any simple reward/recognition would work, I'd expect. stickers were the most convinient ones. (tried to stay away from candy, although I might have given in to that as a next step)

aartee - I read abt few other kids in this age group and at this stage of potty

Hi, ur tips about the sticker is something i have to try. At home i use underwear for him but i take him every 1.5hrs to the loo and for potty he runs and sits under the dining table so i take him for potty.he 2.5yrs old and this has been going on for a while now but he never says. can u help me with how i can get him to say that he wants to go susu or poop! i am desperate.We use pullups only

that was a nice round up- v informativ. i never thought stickers actually worked.
we r diaper free when we go out. except if they haven't done the big job at home. inspit of the diapers they ask us to take them for susu when we go out
but they refuse to use western loo - may be i hav to try the sticker book method to get them to use western loo
