Hi Shilpa, I tried this recipe today. But it breaks when I put it on tawa, is it because I did not add soaked bread slices as you said coz that might bind the whole mixture. Please let me know. By the way, I really loved it. Thanks so much.

Hi shilpa,I had tried ur spinach cutlets yesterday n they came out really great..must try ur corn patties too.. any tips to make the spinach ping pong balls harder?..coz they broke when i tried flattening them for the cutlet.

Hi Shilpa!!! I tried out corn patties just now with little bit of variation in the ingredients ( I added garam masala and mirchi powder also) and it came out excellent. My husband liked it so much... even me :).. Thanks a lot for such a wonderful receipe.
