@Chandrima: It was nice meeting you too. The change from maida to atta is one of the modifications I made. I try and substitute Atta wherever possible.

Met u on the lift today - the discussions over your pumpkin cake made me immediately check your blog. Have to try that but noticed your koraishootir kochuri. We in bengal prefer "maida" to "atta" - but you seem to have got it correct otherwise. This is my winter special too.
