Normally,mixie and food processor are not same.. but now a days there are 2 in 1.. if ur product says or gives an atta kneader only then u can use it. else u can google it..there are different costs..different varieties.. i have maggi atta kneader..works on mixie ..working good..

Hi.. I too use food processor for chapathi dough ..same procedure as urs, and comes out soft..But i use only for dough..do not like to change blades etc.. But please do not cut onions for storage..only fresh onions..

Not sure why the cooked chapatis stick, they should not. May be try to cook them little longer?

hi. when i pack cooked phulka chapathi it stick each other. i pack it after getting cool. still the problem exists, i don’t want to use atta between that. any other suggestion? other than butterpaper?

Hello Shree, It is called BHAKRI.........My mom makes it by RICE/ bajara/jwari flour.......My mom (Suraiya Shaikh) makes yummy chawal ki roti(in Urdu). If anyone needs will share recipe.

Hello Shree....that is called bhakri which is made out of rice/bajara/jwari flour. as I know we cant make chapatti's like that. My mom makes those RICE ROTI/BHAKRI very tasty.
