Hi Shilpa, I made this cake two days back. It was a little hard. But everyone was happy with the cake as it tasted good. I baked this cake in a microwave. Thanks, Rashmi

Different cake recipes need different leavening agents which make them fluffy. If you replace one with other, the texture changes.
