Like Nick, I have been searching all over the internet for Lidia's chicken liver recipe. I can't wait to take a bite out of my first chicken liver. Thanks for the substitute.

Thank you so much, I've been trying to find the recipe from Lidia's show and have been unsuccessful. The only think you forgot was the prosciutto. I can't wait to try this today.

I have a friend AND a husband that adore chicken livers. We do dinner every Wednesday night. This is going to be a major surprise for them. Girlfriend, you are something ELSE in the kitchen.

Ever since my years waitressing at Cracker Barrel, I can't see chicken livers without remembering the smell that permeated the kitchen every Friday afternoon when it was the lunch special. Deep fried chicken livers, usually ordered with heavily vinegared turnip greens. That's not a good memory. Hopefully one day, after the proper amount of therapy, I'll work through this prejudice. :)

jennifer this is so my kinda food again. chicken liver's - i love them. food of my youth. good ol' chopped liver. and porcini and pasta - with vermouth... sge and parmegiano... MY GOD. sounds decadent to me...
