I love your ratatouille recipe! It almost reminds me a bit of shakshouka. You'd love it, especially with the eggs cooked right in the sauce. Delicious!

This looks fantastic! I just love when egg yolks are placed on top of food; not only do they add in presentation, but the flavor when they break is delicious.
