Hi Em Dy! Yes, we took one of those Cebu Pacific promo flights :) Flight leaves Manila at 11:50am and leaves Laoag at 1:25pm...we stayed 3D2N, but of course if you can stay a little longer it'll be better :) We booked a van before we left from a very nice guy called Isagani...I'll email you his contact details and the actual itinerary we used :)
