What a fantastic round up Joey! I used to work at a pizza place when I was at college, eating pizza nearly every day. Never got tired of it and never put on 1lb from eating so much of it. What happened to my metabolism I just don't know..

Hi Tetet! No problem at all :) For that dish I used lamb shank that my mother had bought in Unimart. You can also find lamb in Santi’s, Rustans, and S&R – Santi’s has the best but the other places are not bad either. And for a dish like this, where the lamb is slowly braised in an aromatic stew, it’s ok to use the 1st or 2nd runner up lamb ;) The orzo I had gotten in Rustans Makati although I haven’t seen it since. You can, however, try rizoni, which is rice shaped pasta practically the same as orzo – I have seen rizoni in Santi’s. Hope this helps! :)
