Hey Omnisilver, you can use any software you want for this, as long as it generates a Flash type of output (which that tool you're linking to does!). Hmm, maybe we should make it clearer that we're not forcing people to use Jing, we're just recommending it as the easy tool for it?

I use Linux ... Jing doesn't run on it :( Can I use Wink ou Pyvnc2swf ?

You may want to update http://www.spreadfirefox.com/screencastcontest/criteria to mention FF3 RC1 instead of Beta 1.
