I'd heard of chocolate salami but never realized it was actually somewhat common in Italy. I'd always assumed it was just a gag recipe, albeit a tasty one. The Italians sure know how to live!

Yum. Thanks, Corinne, for that wonderful recipe. I love the idea of ending breakfast with chocolate salami. They say you should eat breakfast like a king or, in this case, like an Italian. Beati italiani, they really can teach us about living the good life. Buone feste! Joan

Sounds a wonderfully luxurious breakfast-treat. Having it on the wholegrain walnut-bread maybe makes it even healthy ;-D
