I agree with the others that the first few months are the hardest! Especially when you're on #2! I had a 2 1/2 yeard old and a newborn. It was rough!

I found a good baby book online that helped me quite a bit. And it's free!

A brief comment..............My blood is type O. In the "Eat Right 4 Your Type" book, it says NO to cabbage, however, in the "Blood Type O Food, Beverage and Suppliement Lists" book, under vegetables,(pg. 29) it says cabbage is a neutral food. Please explain. Thank you, M. Stine
