Episode 23 Same Sh** different day Sun, 29 Mar 2009 14:02:35 GMT This is a Punk Rock tune. Really aint a good idea to listen to it while I drive because I inadvertently speed every time. I made this when something ticked me off. I suggest you play this whenever you wanna let off some steam instead of following your first instinct whenever someone or something gets on your last nerve.
Episode 22 I Got A Wild Side Thu, 01 Jan 2009 21:11:19 GMT All work and no play makes for a boring life. It is important to let your hair down and enjoy your life. You owe it to yourself to let loose and be wild. I brought my New Year in with a bang. Ohhh mannnn...does my head hurt. Welll...any wayyyyy. Got side tracked. Enjoy this tune and think about that wild 5 minute video you would make of yourself using this tune.
Episode 21 Sexy Myspace Girl Thu, 01 Jan 2009 21:04:05 GMT I composed a tune in dedication to the many sexy ladies on Myspace. The title says it all.
Episode 20 Boom Thu, 01 Jan 2009 19:59:04 GMT This is a tune a friend from Britain wanted me to make for him. He wanted me to compose something using the title, Boom. This is what I came up with.
I Lost My Love By The Seashore Thu, 01 Jan 2009 19:02:21 GMT This tune is about a betrayed love. As the title suggests, someone watches in the distance as their lover snuggles with another at their favorite smooching spot under the beach pier. I added ocean waves for extra ambience. Imagine...a beach lit by a full moon. Two lovers enjoying the night, Both unaware of the forgotten ones' gaze. Clouds move in and slowly engulf the moon, bringing with it thunder and rain. This rain seems to represent the pain of the lonely. Anyone who can identify with this tune knows the depth of which I speak. Take a listen. Hopefully you will enjoy my piece.
Episode 18 Va Slab Sat, 25 Oct 2008 16:51:39 GMT 'Va Slab' is the name of this next tune made by Young Johnny. He is a beat maker hoping to get noticed. He is a wiz at it so this is just a taste of his abilities. Anything someone wants done, he goes beyond what they expect of him. Va Slab is basically about old cars that have big engines, big interiors, and big trunks. The ghetto work horse. Catch Young Johnny on Myspace at the following link: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=170191054
Episode 19 I Gotta Pump It Sat, 25 Oct 2008 17:31:20 GMT 'I Gotta Pump It' is a a crowd motivator song for sporting events. I made this tune while watching my favorite NBA team win an important playoff game. If you know sports, waving your fist in the air to cheer on your favorite team is very important. So without further taking up your valued time, please enjoy.
Episode 17 Oasis Sat, 25 Oct 2008 04:47:17 GMT This tune is for those lovers who want to be on a secluded Island so they can share their uninhibited intimacy. An Island, late night walks, holding hands then smooching while waves caress their feet under a bright full moon. How romantic!
Episode 16 elegance Sat, 28 Jun 2008 23:52:26 GMT Back in yester year, the Roaring 20's, the 30's, the 40's, times of elegance, it was cool to grab your girl and swing her all about the crowded dance floor and then seperate where you both could show your stuff. Your best duds would have been as cool as the flow of the music. The band members would take turns showing off their best solo during the composition. I bring this historic time into play with my swing tune from my first album titled; Man In Brown. Please enjoy...elegance.
Episode 14 The Teacher song Sat, 28 Jun 2008 21:18:49 GMT This tune is dedicated to that favorite teacher that we all have had. You know the one that kept school from being so scary annnnnd...borrrrrrrinnnnng. It's called; What would Class Be Like Without Mrs. Brinks. Let me know what ya think.
Episode 15 you aint heard a word I said to you Sat, 28 Jun 2008 18:50:05 GMT I seem to be the guy that has to give good advice to his buddies. But what ends up happening is that my advice goes unheeded and my friends get burned because they just have to see for themselves what would happen if they got caught up in the mix of the nonsense fork in the road that lay ahead of them. I just wish they would listen for their own good. Can't always have your cake and eat it too.

Episode 18 Wild Child Peggy Sat, 14 Jun 2008 22:27:57 GMT This tune is a Country song I made up for a friend at work who has since retired. She got a kick out of me calling her wild child one day. I called her that because she looked so bored just sitting behind her desk as she waited for work to come her way. I hope you like it. The lyrics kick in after the violins.()()()()()()()()()()()()()()()() While at work Peggy starts to daydream, about a line dance calling out her name, she imagines wearin her favorite blue jeans, everything else matches to a tee, Somethings missing out on the dance floor, The floor aint right til Peggy hits the scene, The DJ knows exactly what tunes Peggy likes, She dances to the songs as she sings, wild child Peggy, such a wild child, stuck at work wishin the weekend was here, aint no mystery where she wants to go, any ole Honky Tonk or any ole dance floor, Toasts the DJ when he makes her cheer, wild child Peggy, such a wild child, stuck at work wishing the weekend was here, aint no mystery where she wants to go, any ole Honky Tonk or any ole dance floor, needs a designated driver if she toasts one more beer, Peggy knows all the latest dance steps, and If ones new she goes all out to learn, she enjoys all that fancy foot work, all eyes are looking at her, She races to the booth of the DJ, grabs the mic so she can sing, [...]
Something for every taste 6 Staring In Your Eyes Sun, 15 Apr 2007 22:27:19 GMT My last but not least song is titled; "Staring In Your Eyes." An ode to the lover in you when you stare into your lovers eyes. The tingly sensations that permeate through ones synapses in the intertwines of the brain can get very intense just from the right stare from someone who attracts you. Hope you enjoy my piano piece as much as I enjoyed composing it with knowledge that I would be entertaining others with my talent.
Something for every taste 5 Fun Times Sun, 15 Apr 2007 21:48:08 GMT "Fun Times!" This song is dedicated to those who know how to have fun in their lives after working a long work week. You owe it to yourself to make "Fun Times" be your weekend anthem.
Something for every taste 3 Little One Sun, 15 Apr 2007 20:57:09 GMT I dibbled with Jazz on my next track. It's called; "Little One", and is a baby's lullabye. A buddy of mine's wife had their very first child so we surprised his wife with a tune made especially for him to sing to the baby to calm the little tot. He told me that he would love to have something made up with a Saxophone in it. I worked my magic and came up with this tune. Enjoy...it's very relaxing.

WINNER of the 2007 LEBRON JAMES/SPRITE Music remix maker contest! Sun, 08 Apr 2007 12:46:20 GMT Hello all my Podcast friends. Today I had the honors of interviewing Eternally Ballin, the winner of the 2007 Lebron James/Sprite music remix contest held earlier this year. Many talented runner ups came to the plate, but only one hit the home run. The prize? The chance to work with world wide known musician, Paul Wall and multitalented producer/musician, Perion in order to work in the studio and produce a song. Okay lets get this rolling. 1) Where were you born? I was born in the beautiful state of Illinois, in the city of chicago, CHITOWN. 2) How did you get into making music? About 18 months ago my grandfather bought me a new apple computer for school. After checking out most of the programs, one called Imovie where you make home movies ( which I am also into, and may also be a reason for me wanting to step into the music business) I jus began to make movies and ofcourse, MUSIC MAKES THE MOVIE, so I started to look around and found a program called garageband. I opened it and from there I jus started to extend my knowledge in music and create songs. It was a way for me to vent out any frustatrations or problems in my life. Jus like in basketball ( BEST SPORT IN THE WORLD, BRAH!) It was a way to take whatever in life was going on a push it aside, sort of go into another world and create. My mother is also a singer since she was 10 so that also may have factored into me stepping into music. She toured around japan and whatnot. 3)What musicians are your influences? Before it was any music besides classical, because, I am sure you PPR, PBS radio, public radio you know and I hated that channel. When I was younger I would catch a ride with this woman and that was all she listened to and the WOULD ALWAYS PLAY CLASSICAL MUSIC, OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. But now I truly will listen to all music for inspiration. One of my favorite rap artists is Eminem, he is so lyrically talented, anything he writes is an instant classic. So he is very influential also I like linkin park because they are different and there beats are hot. The one with Jay-Z Numb vs. Encore is one of my favorites. As far as my favorite artist phil collins is one of most amazing guys, because not only does he sing, but also writes the lyrics, plays the instruments and edits the music, so for me he has the package as far a musician goes. 4)How did you find out about the Lebron James contest? I was on the internet checking out the website Nba.com and I found this advertisement saying would you like to make lebron's new theme song, and I was like "Hell ya" so I went to the site and began to try it out and it was easier and easier and time went by and it all jus flowed from me into the winning song. 5)Are you aware of how many other contestants entered the contest? One number I heard was atleast 6,000 contestants some more or some less. But I knnow it was a significant amount. 6)What was it like meeting Paul Wall, Perion and the other people. To meet these music talents in the business was an amazing dream, I mean they all started where we are and have risen up to stardom, jus because of believing in themselves and exposing their hidden talent. Paul wall was very humble and extremely talented when it comes to writing a hit song. PERION IS THE BEST PRODUCER MUSICAL GENIUS IN THE WORLD, THE BEST, Nuff said. 7)How does your family and friends feel about you winning the contest? Everyone I know has been off the wall crazy for me since the win and they all are truly happy for everything that has happened for me. 8)Is making music your one and only hope and dream? For[...]

In The Grand Scheme Of Things Sat, 31 Mar 2007 00:18:08 GMT This tune is titled; In The Grand Scheme Of Things. I was thinking to myself one day about how mysterious this thing we call life is. I mean, come on. One planet amongst millions with life forms of every make and model all on just one big, blue water covered rock What's up with that? I figure that it will be explained to us all in complete thoroughness one day. Well, without further interference from yours truly, enjoy.
My Baby Looks Sexy In Uniform Fri, 30 Mar 2007 14:46:26 GMT This song could either be a Country Tune or a Rock tune. I was humming away on my route one day and it ended up turning into a full fledge composition. Go figure. : ) It's a dedication to anybody who wears a uniform to work. Gotta love those nurses. Ooops, that slipped out. I hope you enjoy what you hear.
