These are some of my reviews of the most inspirational books out there. On the top of my list is The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. It is basically the book version of the world-renowned film of the same title, and it's a wonderful accompaniment to life.

If we go down to the root of the limitations that stop us from acheivement of any kind, the limitations are within ourselves...within our individual style of thinking. If, for example, the goal is to make $100,000 per year, and the state/condition is a bad economy, or technical lack of credentials, most of us are indirectly conditioned to think that these conditions are what is stopping us from the achievement of that goal. Let's call that "BELIEF A" for future reference.

I even recall a instance or 2 in which I was sent to bed with a paper and pencil and told to list all things I was appreciative for. I do not really remember what I wrote down, if anything. I'm positive something, because my parents were inspectors of what they requested.

Here's my story, and then the application. Martial arts. I used to train everywhere I went. I wasn't typical and I took private lessons for the most part. I had a passion for it and I wasn't satisfied with moving at the pace of the slowest person in the class. It probably cost me 8 or 9 times more, but I learned quite a bit...and I bypassed years of classroom training.
