Why Dieting Does Not Address The Problem Posted By : Shanon Foster

Mon, 04 Apr 2011 00:00:00 -0400

Why do so many people with an 'eating problem' never seem able to master the problem and maintain the weight of their choice? The first thing to realize is that, strange as it may seem, the real problem is not an eating one. What is happening is that people use food to satisfy an internal craving. Reclaiming Your Achievement - Motivational Speaker (NNOS Studios of Ohio) Posted By : Dennis Andrew

Fri, 17 Sep 2010 00:00:00 -0400

The current condition you're found in, is irrelevant. If we go down to the root of the limitations that stop us from acheivement of any kind, the limitations are within ourselves...within our individual style of thinking. If, for example, the goal is to make $100,000 per year, and the state/condition is a bad economy, or technical lack of credentials, most of us are indirectly conditioned to think that these conditions are what is stopping us from the achievement of that goal. Let's call that "BELIEF A" for future reference.

An Attitude of Gratitude Posted By : Jaime Jones

Thu, 09 Sep 2010 00:00:00 -0400

I was raised by parents who often reminded me to be appreciative for what I had. We were taught to pray, to give gratitude, and to demonstrate respect. I even recall a instance or 2 in which I was sent to bed with a paper and pencil and told to list all things I was appreciative for. I do not really remember what I wrote down, if anything. I'm positive something, because my parents were inspectors of what they requested.

If you change the way you look at something, the thing you look at changes. If you change your perspective on life, your restrictions are adjusted. Here's my story, and then the application. Martial arts. I used to train everywhere I went. I wasn't typical and I took private lessons for the most part. I had a passion for it and I wasn't satisfied with moving at the pace of the slowest person in the class. It probably cost me 8 or 9 times more, but I learned quite a bit...and I bypassed years of classroom training.

Visiting someone can be a very healthy welcome wonder, for we may enjoy inspiring insights, facilitate new friends, enjoy edibles, convincing conversation, long laughs, delicious desserts, and overall, an enviable evening. It is, usually, a nice exciting evening! Of course, visiting relations(if one enjoys their relations), friends(not freaky ones), neighbors(if they are not nitwits), are events we all look forward to at almost any time, regardless of our age - for, whether we like it or not, we are naturally sincere social beings.

As we are all aware, we living creatures need numerous things, such as water, food, warm clothing in the winter, less in the summer, and at least some type of abode to abide in. When we tiny organic beings awaken our baleful bones from the misty clouds of dandified and dazzling dreams, we usually wander into the restroom and gaze hopefully into the mirror, hoping that our mental, physical, and emotional facilities are all in good working order. We attempt to modify what we peer at with all sorts of chemical products in order to alter and adapt what we were born with into a dashing and handsome dude, or a beautiful and alluring dudette, so the rest of the world will believe that what they perceive is worth communicating with.

Not sure of anyone else, but my happy self wants, needs, and loves to dream. There are million of folks, places, and things to dream of. Its absolutely wonderful to find a nice peaceful spot, and allow our mind to romp through the pages of antiquity and on into future tales of unsuspecting adventures - for it is those misty clouds of possibilities where we mortal souls will devoid ourselves of all the negatives, transpose ourselves into anywhere we wish, and look forward to the experiences that linger where we have never been before.

Trying Crying Surviving Posted By : Jesse Marshall Wade

Thu, 05 Aug 2010 00:00:00 -0400

Perhaps through our mind's eye, as we scan those slowly and evermore fading visions of our younger years as a child, we recall a few instances when we were attempting to accomplish something - but no matter how much of an effort we put into it, se seem to somehow fail. And of course, it wasn't long before our ever exerting selves became all excited and we began to cry. Miracles: A Road to Recovery Posted By : O. Raye Adkins

Wed, 12 May 2010 00:00:00 -0400

A beautiful life lesson for me has been the acceptance that miracles are born through impossible circumstances. Most of us are lovers of miracles and are uplifted when hearing of one.
